You will be skilled at delivering a positive experience for our customers, across tenures. You will be effective at building rapport and trust through regular and pro-active customer liaison, leading assigned cases through to resolution and closure.
Using contract law, enforcement powers and appropriate legal remedies. You will be responsible for preparing legal documentation, regularly taking cases to Court; carrying out property closure orders, following eviction protocols, completing risk assessments and making end of tenancy arrangements.
The Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Officer will carry out case management, taking action through the collection of evidence, liaison with residents, stakeholders and alleged perpetrators; updating action plans and case notes.
Candidates for this role must have experience of delivering a tenancy enforcement/ASB service or work experience in a related industry and have knowledge of enforcement measures applicable to different tenancy arrangements in the private or public sectors.
With an in-depth understanding of housing law and a track record of delivering high levels of performance, you must be an effective team player, particularly in challenging situations, and be able to build relationships with internal teams and external key stakeholders.
Due to the nature of the role, a current driving licence, insurance and use of a motor vehicle for work are essential for this role.

Salary: £27,238 per annum + £1,800 annual car allowance
