The Head of Customer Services is responsible for the full operational leadership and control of the customer services department. Within this context the post holder is responsible for
the risk, control and governance of this area of the business, accountable for the operational budget responsibility and overall people management.
We are looking for someone who will be an inspiring leader, able to bring your teams and customers along with us on our modernisation journey. You will be pro-active and positive about shaping our services to meet individual’s needs and achieving digitalisation.
