Paying Your Service Charge

Service charges can be paid weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. You have a variety of options for payment:

Payment Card

When you begin your lease, you may apply for a payment card. You can use this at post offices, PayPoint and PAYzone outlets. Details of shops that accept the payment card will be sent to you with your card or you can also find the nearest payment outlets by putting your postcode in the search options on the PayPoint or PayZone web sites.

Direct Debit

You can pay your charges automatically each month by direct debit from your bank account. Just download and complete a Direct Debit Form and return to us.

Online

Pay your service charge online, 24 hours a day, through allpay.net, our preferred Internet payment facility.

Other Options

If you wish, you can make payments by cheque, debit or credit card, by telephone or by post.
