Your personal information is very important to us and we want to be sure that any information we hold about you is stored safely and securely. This includes ensuring that your personal information such as your rent balance or details about your tenancy are not disclosed to any other person, unless we have your consent to do so. If you do not have a password on your account we may not be able to fully answer your query over the telephone, so it is very important that you register a password with us if you have not done so already.
In order to increase the security of your personal information, in future, if you want to discuss your personal information over the telephone, you will need to provide a password. You are free to choose a password that you are able to remember easily. You can use a combination of letters and numbers, or all letters, provided it is no longer than 8 characters in length.
To register a password on your account, please contact our Customer Services Team on 01206 244700. They will send you a form to register your password. We will let you know when the password you choose has been registered on your account. When you have done this, it is vital that you keep this information in a safe place and do not disclose it to anyone.
