The Leasehold Advisory Service is an independent advice agency, funded by Government grant. They provide free advice to leaseholders, landlords, and others on the law affecting residential leasehold property. Advice can be provided by telephone, by letter or in person by appointment.

Age Concern Information Line
The Age Concern Information Line provides a service to older people and their relatives and friends, as well as professionals and carers. Age Concern has over 40 helpful and impartial fact sheets, available individually or as a regularly updated set.
The Information Line is open seven days a week from 7am to 7pm to obtain written information on income and benefits, community care, health, housing and consumer issues.
