Some of our housing stock is designated to provide affordable housing for local people in small villages. Preference is given to people with a local connection to the village or parish. These sites include the following:

Bradfield

8 purpose built 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 2 bungalows, reserved for the elderly.

St Osyth

A selection of 2 and 3 bedroom houses and 2 x 3 bedroom wheelchair access bungalows for local people.

Dedham, Ardleigh, Langham and Layer-de-la-Haye

We have small developments in each of these villages consisting mainly of family houses.
