Colchester
The Society has many different developments within the Colchester district, including the following:
Albany Gardens
Development of 42 properties on large Barratt development in the regenerated Hythe Quay area. 9 x 1 bedroom flats, 10 x 2 bedroom flats, 2 x 2 bedroom flats for disabled persons, 8 x 3 bedroom houses, 2 x 4 bedroom houses. In addition, 1 x 1 bedroom key worker flat and 10 x 2 bedroom key worker flats.
Arnold Drive
1 x 2 bedroom wheelchair access bungalow.
Balkerne Heights
Small development of 23 properties on prestigious Barratt development close to town centre. 6 x 1 bedroom flats, 5 x 2 bedroom flats, 4 x 3 bedroom houses and 8 x 4 bedroom houses.
Buxton Road
8 x 2 and 3 bedroom houses in Monkwick Estate.
Clarendon Way, North Colchester
6 x 1 bedroom flats, 8 x 2 bedroom houses and a small number of 3 and 4 bedroom houses.
Dedham
A mixture of purpose built flats, bungalows and houses within the sought after location of Dedham.
Greenstead
A mixture of purpose built 1 and 2 bedroom flats and 3 bedroom houses and a small number of bungalows. Currently the Society has just over 200 properties in this area.
Lucas Road
3 x 1 bedroom flats, 7 x 2 bedroom flats, 1 x 2 bedroom disabled unit, 3 x 1 bedroom units and a sleepover unit for a carer, utilised by SCOPE.
Minerva End, Homefield Road, Berechurch
24 x 1 bedroom flats.
New Town and Hythe Areas
A mixture of purpose built 1 and 2 bedroom flats and family houses and modernised Victorian terraced houses. Approximately 20 properties in total.
Rectory Close
Small development of 2 x 2 bedroom wheelchair access flats.
Stanway
1 and 2 bedroom flats in two separate developments, totalling 40 properties.
