Shared ownership

Are you looking to own your new home? Have you thought about shared ownership and staircasing to owning your own property?

Colne is committed to helping people buy their own homes and offers a range of houses and apartments available for shared ownership. They are available for part-buy part-rent.

A share of the property is sold to you and then you may pay a rent on the remaining share. Often a mortgage is used to help buy your share.

We aim to build more of these homes each year so please keep a look out for available properties via our shared ownership website
