Colne Housing, which has been providing affordable homes in Colchester for over 30 years, has developed three quality 2-bed flats within Hopkins Homes’ Trinity Heights site on Mile End Road. The flats, which have been built to a high specification will be available to buy on a shared ownership basis from summer 2007.

The new properties are available for people earning less than £28,900 per year with priority being given to buyers who live or work in Colchester. Prices start from £76,250 for a 50% share in the property, with a rent of £40 per week.
