VOICES Reward Points

Have your say, make a difference, and earn rewards

Many of you already get involved by giving your feedback. By doing this, it makes sure your voices are heard, and that we can keep improving the services we provide to you.

We wanted to find a way of further rewarding those of you who take part in any way, and also to encourage more of you to talk to us and tell us what you think.

The aim of this scheme is not to ‘pay’ you for the feedback we get, but to show that we value the opportunity we have to consult all of our customers.

From 1st September 2012, if you take part in selected surveys, mystery shopping projects, groups and forums, or get involved with our publications, you will earn points. You will also continue to get all reasonable expenses reimbursed to you.

Every opportunity for you to earn points will be advertised on this page If you do not have access to the internet, we can arrange to update you in another way.

Once you have taken part in any of the selected opportunities, your points will be automatically added. The only thing you need to do, is let us know when you want to redeem them.

So what can you get for points?

Once you have reached 50, 100, 150 or 200 points, you can request to redeem them for money, which is given to you on a prepaid Allpay card, added to your rent account, or paid to your bank account – whichever you prefer.

How do I redeem my points?

You simply need to contact our Customer Services team on 01206 244700 or on customerservices@colnehousing.co.uk. You need to have at least 50 points, and not be in unreasonable rent arrears.

How do I see how many points I have?

You can either call our Customer Services team, or look on your MyTenancy.co.uk account. If you are not sure of your log-in details, please call Customer Services to have them sent out to you.
