Get Involved

Our commitment to you

We will:

  • Provide you with a range of different ways to contact us and to give your feedback
  • Treat all feedback equally, whether it is received on the phone, at a meeting, over e-mail, or any other way
  • Use every single customer voice to shape and improve our services so you are offered the services you need
  • Send you a statement every year, explaining what we have achieved with your help, and what we plan on achieving the following year
  • If you have taken part in a consultation, we will feedback to you within 1 month to tell you what we will do with your views and comments, so you can be sure you have been listened to

We will cover your expenses

We cover your travel and childcare expenses so you can come along to any groups or consultations you would like to. All you need to do is let us know you’d like to come along, and we will reimburse you for any reasonable costs you have had to pay

Resident board members needed

Would you like to play a more active role in how we’re governed and have greater influence on the decisions that are made that affect how we are run and the services we provide? If the answer is yes, then becoming a resident Board member might be right for you. We are looking for residents to join our Board, and to sit on our associated committees; these govern areas including operational issues, financial matters, personnel and audit. We are holding an information day in January and if you would like more information, or if you are interested in attending, please contact Emma Cruickshank.
