Iceni Homes is a joint venture development company jointly owned by Colne, Hundred Houses Society and Suffolk Housing Society. By combining our expertise, strength and knowledge we are together developing homes throughout the Eastern Region, whilst retaining our individual community base. Our focus continues to be on working in partnership with the Homes and Communities Agency, local authorities, developers, contractors and all those that share our vision of building well designed, high quality, affordable homes for those in housing need.
