Homechoice

Homechoice is a partnership between Colchester Borough Council and local housing associations. Through this choice based lettings scheme applicants have the ability to 'bid' for suitable properties when they become available, giving people more choice over where they live. The home can then be offered to the interested applicant in the highest need.

All non-sheltered properties Colne has vacant in the Colchester area are now offered through Homechoice.
