Foundation East

Foundation East is a not-for-profit organisation that provides financial services and loans. Foundation East will administer a £5,000 small loans scheme, ring-fenced for the Society's residents. Loans are considered from £500 to £5,000 with a repayment term of between 6 months to 10 years. Interest rates are 24% APR on loans of £1000 and under, and 22% on loans of greater than £1,000. Referrals are made by the Society's officers, with financial assessments and the final lending decision being made by Foundation East staff. Lending is for essential purposes only.
