Planned Developments

The Society continues to build and acquire new homes for people in housing need. It is our goal to create 100 to 150 new units per annum in locations within one hour's drive of Colchester.

These planned developments will maximise development opportunities through Iceni Homes, exploring areas of strategic growth.
