Are you (or your partner) over 55 years of age?

Are you retired from your main employment?

Are you looking for a safe, secure and affordable home for life?

If so, sheltered housing might be the answer.

Our sheltered housing waiting list is open to anyone who has housing needs, the type of support offered in sheltered housing and who cannot meet their housing needs from their own resources.

Owner occupiers or those with enough capital to provide their own housing may still apply. However, they may only be considered after other applicants.

How long will it take before I am housed?

This is a question that we are regularly asked, but unfortunately we are unable to give any definite time scales. All of our accommodation is currently full and we have to wait for an existing tenant to vacate before being able to offer a tenancy to someone on our waiting list.
