Mark Powell Davies

Chief Executive

Mark joined Colne as Chief Executive in 1996 with over 20 years experience in the housing sector. He was previously ‘founding’ Development Director of Peddars Way Housing Association, a major LSVT, and prior to that worked in senior housing management, technical and development roles with a number of RSLs and local authorities. He is a law graduate from Durham University and Fellow of Chartered Institute of Housing, and until recently chair of the National Housing Federation Eastern Region.

Martin Buddery

Operations Director

Martin joined Colne in December 1998. He has worked within the social housing sector since 1987, in a variety of roles for a number of local authorities. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Housing Studies from Bristol University in 1992.

Lynne Shea

Deputy Chief Executive & Finance Director

Lynne joined Colne in December 2002 bringing over 20 years experience in finance. Her responsibilities include finance, human resources, business support and ICT. She has enjoyed a wide variety of roles in both manufacturing and service industries, and has been a Member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants since 1983, and a fellow since 1993.
