The Society aims to deliver continuous improvement and value for our residents. To that end, the Society provides ongoing training to our staff to ensure they are well equipped to provide a first class service to residents.

The Investors in People standard provides a national framework to help organisations improve the way they work. We are pleased to have received the Investors in People award in recognition of the dedication and commitment of our staff and board.

The Society’s maintenance service is ISO 9001:2000 accredited. This internationally recognised quality standard helps us to look at our business processes and procedures, and improve them through regular internal and external audits.

Through our participation in the New Alliance partnership, we work together with other housing organisations to share best practices and to improve the quality of all of our services.

In addition, we are committed to building better neighbourhoods and raising the profile of the social housing sector through the National Housing Federation’s In Business for Neighbourhoods campaign.
