We employ 41 office based staff and a further 14 off-site staff, and we are located in modern offices in Colchester, which provide a comfortable working environment and are close to the town and shops. We are a friendly office and all work together with a good team spirit.
The Society's housing management services are provided on a generic 'one-stop' basis by our Housing Officers. There is a commitment to encouraging tenant and resident participation, and providing high quality and responsive housing management services.

The Society prides itself in the ongoing training given to staff to ensure they are well equipped to provide a first class service to residents. This was recognised in November 2007 when the Society won a Colchester District Business Award for the staff training and development category. The Society has also recently heard that it has successfully been shortlisted as a finalist at the Essex Countywide Business Awards on 9th May 2008, so watch this space for future news on our progress.
We were also pleased to be reaccredited with flying colours the Investors in People award in November 2005 in recognition of the dedication and commitment of our staff and board.
